早上搭乘卑斯渡海輪船經喬治亞海峽Strait of Georgia 前往卑斯省首府 - 維多利亞。該市於溫哥華島最南端的一個都會，也是一個充滿英國色彩的城市。豪華渡輪上設備完善有餐廳及禮品店，海峽及沿途島嶼風光明媚，令人目不暇給。暢遊佔地50英畝，有百年歷史之寶翠花園（包門票），原是地形窩陷的石灰場改建成滿佈色彩繽紛的花草在配合匠心巧置的樹木。園內多個主題花園種植各式花卉，有秋海棠亭、音樂會草坪、玫瑰花園、三鱸魚噴泉、日本園、意大利花園等超過百萬株花卉爭相盛開，琳瑯滿月，令人耳一新。途經島上唐人街最窄商業街 - 番攤里（Fan Tan Alley）。遊覽富有英倫風情的維多利亞內巷區，加拿大建國百年紀念公園、省議會大樓或（自費）參觀BC 省皇家博物館等。繼而前往比根山公園及地球上最長的公路 - 加橫公路的零起點（MILE 0）。黃昏時分乘坐渡輪回到溫哥華，結束當天精彩行程。

In the morning, tour departs from Tsawwassen with BC ferries to Victoria, the British Columbia, located in the south end of Vancouver Island. The ride takes 95 minutes. The luxury ferries provide full facility including restaurants and gift shop. During voyage, you can capture the beautiful scenery along Georgia Strait Coast at the upper deck or simply enjoy a cup of coffee at the coffee shop on board.

Upon arrival in Vancouver Island, tour will proceed to the city of Victoria, and will go to the Victoria City Chinatown, first shop at the narrowest commercial street in Canada, the Fan Tan Alley, for an understanding of the development history of Chinese in Canada. After passing by Chinatown's historic Gate of Harmonious Interest, next visit is Old British Style Inner Habour tourist area. With the magnificient Fairmont Empress Hotel, the Royal BC Museum (optional) and the historic Neo-baroque building-Legislative Builiding along the way, the Victoria Inn Harbour never dissapoints its guests with its beauty and relaxation. You can further choose to ravel the area on foot or by carriage (optional.)  Afterward, tour moves to Beacon Hill Park with a stop at the "Mile Zero' - the marker is the start of over 8,000 km Trans-Canada Highway that spans the entire length of Canada. After lunch, we continue journey with visit the century old Butchard Garden. The garden covers an area of 50 acres with number of theme gardens planted with all kinds of flowers, begonia kiosks, and Sunken Garden. Sunken Garden is the most exciting district, originally a nest-shaped line quarry converted to a garden covered with colorful flowers and ingenuine set of trees. Other theme gardens are the Concert Lawn, Rose Garden, Three Sturgeon Fountain, Japanese Garden, and Italian Garden.

After promenading the gardens, the tour will take the B.C ferry back to Vancouver in the late afternoon.
